Graduate Students (Trainees)
At Open Hands Christian Counseling, we believe in investing in the next generation of counselors. Graduate students working toward licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) are invited to join our training program to gain supervised clinical experience.

Post-Graduates (Associates)
Open Hands Christian Counseling is seeking compassionate and motivated Associate-Level Clinicians to join our growing team. This position is ideal for those pursuing licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC), or Clinical Social Worker (ASW) who desire to gain supervised experience while serving the community.

Responsibilities
Provide counseling services to a diverse caseload of clients
Conduct intakes, develop treatment plans, and maintain progress notes
Collaborate with a team of clinicians and community partners
Participate in supervision, case consultation, and staff meetings
Uphold ethical standards, confidentiality, and professional integrity
Qualifications
Current registration with the California BBS as an AMFT, APCC, or ASW
Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
Strong commitment to serving individuals and families with compassion and excellence
Ability to integrate clinical skills with holistic, faith-informed care (training provided if needed)
Excellent communication, documentation, and time management skills
